The Baked Tart started 2 years ago. I do all the work by myself from home and I and fully self taught. I started off baking for family and friends birthdays etc.. then realised I had a huge passion for creating beautiful baked master pieces.. I took the leap 2 years ago to bake full time and have not looked back.
